Eleven starving horses, including five foals, have been rescued by the South Florida SPCA from a property in Southwest Dade County. Reward Raised in Horse Killings

The Humane Society of the United States is doubling the reward it is offering to anyone who provides information that can lead to the person or persons responsible for Florida horse killings in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
